Recognizing the flaws and hurdles embedded in New York City Agencies, coupled with the delays and finger pointing that occurs through using multiple professional service providers, Crown has created a vertically integrated model offering Architecture, Engineering, Due Diligence, Code Consulting and Expediting under one roof. Crown has a deep understanding of each layer, and the foresight to shorten renovation time and avoid delays.  The entities are as follows:

  • Crown Holdings (CH) will act as Crown’s acquisitions arm by researching, selecting and purchasing existing improved real estate parcels and/or raw land, and dually act as a lending institution to other developers for similar projects pending future growth.
  • Crown Architecture and Consulting (CAC) will provide the necessary architecture, design, and engineering services to CH’s acquisitions.  It will also provide financial and municipal due diligence to substantiate all Crown’s acquisitions or lending opportunities.
  • Crown Design and Consulting (CDC) will provide the necessary code consulting, expediting and municipal legalization services to CH’s acquisitions.  It will also provide financial and municipal due diligence to substantiate all Crown’s acquisitions or lending opportunities
  • Crown Management (CM), a licensed reseller of goods, will be in charge of purchasing all materials, fixtures and equipment for all of CH’s improvement projects as well as manage all construction aspects.  CM will offer its resale services to all CDC clients, but will not perform construction management services for outside clients.
